GTD 도입

The Art of Stress-Free Productivity - David Allen at TEDxClaremontCollages {GTD} 영상에서 참고하여 Daily Notes에 적용할 생각이다.

Here is a GTD Daily Planner Template designed to help you capture, clarify, and map your tasks into actionable priorities while following David Allen's "Getting Things Done" methodology.

GTD Daily Planner Template

1. Capture (Inbox)

Use this section to jot down all ideas, tasks, and commitments as they come to mind. This is your "mind sweep" space.

Inbox

2. Clarify

Process each item in your inbox by asking:

Clarified Tasks

Task/Idea Next Action Context/Tool Needed
Call the dentist Dial the clinic's number Phone
Research flights for vacation Search online travel websites Laptop/Internet

3. Organize

Sort tasks into appropriate categories based on context and priority.

Next Actions

Tasks ready to be done immediately.

Waiting For

Tasks delegated to others or awaiting feedback.

Projects

Larger goals broken into smaller steps.

Someday/Maybe

Ideas or tasks for future consideration.

Next Actions, Waiting For, Projects, Someday or Maybe를 식별할 수 있을 것이다.

4. Reflect (Daily Review)

Review your planner at the start and end of the day:

Today's Priorities (Top 3)

  1. Call the dentist
  2. Research flights
  3. Prepare slides for Monday's meeting

5. Engage (Action Plan)

Work on tasks based on context, time available, and energy level.

Time Blocked Schedule

Time Task
6:30 PM KST Call the dentist
7:00 PM KST Research flights
8:00 PM KST Prepare slides for meeting

6. Notes/Reflection

Use this space to jot down insights, reminders, or reflections from the day.

This template integrates GTD principles like capturing tasks, clarifying them into actionable steps, organizing them by context, and reflecting daily to stay on track. You can adapt it digitally (e.g., in Notion, Excel) or use it as a printable planner.
